She was completely unable to bear any weight on that leg.
The staff was not helpful whatsoever. They could not assist me to get her off the mat or into my vechile. They had no wheelchair or dolly... so we had to physically hobble out to the car.
Usually quite crowded, but a lot of fun! The kids love Sky Zone, and it's a great way for them to get some exercise when it's too cold or wet outside. We've had kids' birthday parties here, as have our neighbors. The party package prices may seem a bit expensive, but are actually better IMO once you consider the true costs and time involved in an at home party. No party decorations needed here.
Grandson loves it. Alittle pricey but for an hour you hear NO COMPLAINTS. Worth it!

Completely unprepared for such an incident.
The staff was more worried about me signing a paper and kept shoving it in my face... never even asked me how my daughter was. My daughter was so embarrassed that everyone was staring at us hobbling out.
My daughter was playing dodgeball during "glow zone" when a much older larger child fell on her and hyperextended her knee. Accidents happen I totally get it. That wasn't the issue.
I had to drop down stars.
We had my son's 5th birthday party here today, after our experience I'm not sure we'll return. He and the older kids had a blast, so as long as you don't have any smaller kids with you (unless you go during toddler Time) you should be ok. But I was reassured on the phone that the bigger kids would not be jumping with the two, two year olds who were also there to enjoy the party. However, the section netted off to be for toddlers and parents was almost immediately turned into a private jump area for a very inconsiderate family (5-7 grown people) that began to jump aggressively around the two year olds. I asked several workers and even spoke with a manager and nothing was ever done. Apparently you can call ahead and make requests, but my request for my party two weeks in advance for safety for all ages didn't matter. Definitely not worth the $200+ for my daughter to be excluded from the fun, the toddler zone was not safe for toddlers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES WITH TODDLERS. Two stars only because my 5 year old still had fun, but I feel like they lied in the email sent stating that they separate by age since there was no proper separation. 40+yr old grown men doing tricks in the toddler section when the toddlers were in there jumping first is not ok.
