Edit: thank you, I've worked in customer service for 10+ years, and when anything similar to this ever happened, the last thing you want is for the customer to leave with a bad experience. You try to make it up to them right then and there. I appreciate your response and the offer. Great location for family fun. Facility has bowling, mini golf, mini bowling, an arcade, bounce houses, and go carts. Staff is friendly. Save your receipt for the arcade cards. I loaded money onto a card and the machine took my money but didn't load the card. The staff was great and took care of it since it was a small amount but I don't think they would have been able to do it for a larger amount.
Called to make a reservation for my girls birthday on a bowling lane for 8 of us and was told no need, first come first serve. When we arrived, we were told no lanes available, they were all reserved. Kids were very disappointed and we were simply told no lanes and blown off. We played some other games to keep them happy and in the 2 hours not a single person actually played a game of bowling. They had the lanes blocked for an event. Very disappointing experience.
The ultimate package kept our party of 10 busy for 3 hours. Easily could have spent another hour playing in the arcade.
Only had cheese pizza - nothing else. It was adequate. Hot and all the kids ate it, which was what we were after.

Thank you for taking the time to win another customer. Excellent Customer service is a huge deal breaker for me. This time around your employees were responsive, professional and courteous.
We had a birthday party there. They we great. Helpful and made my daughter's party great. I was very pleased with the service. Food was kind of gross and expensive for being so "cheap." But again, I was very happy with their level of customer service.
