Underbody wash was not working. Rear of car didn't clear all dirt off. Not worth the$.
After just finishing the wash I noticed that down both sides an 8 inch strip of dirt and the whole rear of my vehicle was never touched. Tried calling the service number and got an automatice voice recording that gave me the run-around. In my book it was a very big waste of $12.
