Went into the Mishawaka address and the overly skinny guy with the shaved head was to busy giving directions to his driver to serve a customer. Seemed like some serious former or current Meth use with this guy and the driver was just plain brain dead. Didn't have the tool and sent me all the way to Home Ave where I was told they would not rent to out of state residents. They may be good at renting tents but their Mishawaka Ave staff needs to stay off the drugs and serve customers with clear heads.
Rented a tent, tables, and some other miscellaneous items for my wedding. Everyone I dealt with, from the office personnel to the guys who set up the tent, was friendly and polite.
Called to rent the 15x15 tent package for my sons birthday party but come to find out you have to give them 5 days ahead of time do to the stakes on the rent, understandable, but the woman I spoke to had no interest in talking to me about more of their products I was planning on renting along with tables and chairs, she was rude from the minute she picked up the phone. Would not recommend coming here do to how awful costumer service is.

Very reliable, on time, dependable, amazingly clean, beautiful and quality tents. I can always depend on them to deliver on time and trust that everything will run smoothly. Every single person I have worked with has been very helpful, friendly and polite from the staff at the warehouse to the team installing our rentals!
