The seats are very comfortable. They're leather, and they recline! Tickets cost about the same as AMC, but the snacks cost much more! Also, all of the seats were on the same level, which felt odd at first but we got used to it quickly. There's enough space between the rows that it makes little difference, especially if you're already reclining. The popcorn was okay, but cold. All in all, a very comfortable movie experience. I definitely recommend it if it's not too far out of the way (which it might not be; the UP Mall is just up the road).
Always have a good experience at this theater. Love the reclining leather seats. Of course Concessions are expensive like everywhere so I never buy them. Always clean. Love buying tickets through their website, going to kiosk and swiping the card I paid with to get them printed out. Only con I have is they charge a $1.50 per ticket fee to order online if you don't use a gift card which is ridiculous... However not this theaters fault. that is corporate.
This theater is great! They have competitive proving compared to other local theaters but they provide a much nicer experience. All the seats here are luxury recliners. There is plenty of room to get comfortable and the snack bar is fully stocked with the normal assortment of movie good and snacks. This is by far the best indoor movie theater in South Bend or Michigan city and I will go nowhere else without checking tickets here first. Be sure to get your tickets early or online because this theater often sells out.
Prices are not too bad, I would consider them standard, but th service is always friendly. Luxury lounge chairs are comfortable and are easily convertible to one seat meant for two people by lifting up the cup holder area. I like that I can bring in a blanket to stay warm with into the theatre as well. The only thing I have to say I don't like is that they got rid of the arcade they had. Was truly saddened when I walked in and it was gone.
Concession pricing is ridiculous. That said, they do have better options now (hot dogs and burgers) instead of your typical normal theater fare. Beer is also a new, welcome addition. In 2016 they renovated the place with nice reclining chairs and much wider aisles. Finally, all tickets include pre-choosing your seats ahead of time which makes it way nicer to not have to show up 30-45 minutes before a movie to get a good seat.
