I am recovering from total knee replacement and just completed my fifth week of therapy here with a few weeks to go yet. I have had many obstacles to healing and if it weren't for the knowledge, skills, and patience of the great therapists at Life In Balance, I would not be as far as I am today. My body doesn't want this knee to work again and traditional therapy yielded zero results. It was so excruciating that I would fight my way out of every hold and was nauseous. At Life In Balance, Marcus and Cassie have worked tirelessly every time to uncover and treat the underlying issues that have hindered my healing. I am now regaining use of my leg with minimal discomfort. I would not consider going anywhere else for therapy after experiencing the compassionate and gentle approach here. I have recommended them to everyone I've talked to and will be forever grateful for the specialized treatment that is tailored to the individual.
