My first and only experience with this company resulted in a $4300 repair to replace a motor for my hood fans. When Fox Fire Safety came out to inspect, the technician left a shop towel on the switch for the Ansul system. A week or so later when one of my guys took down the filter for cleaning, the towel was sucked into the motor and caused irreparable damage. I immediately contacted the company. John apologized and said that he would take care of it. When I sent him the bill, he didn't pay it or respond. A phone call to the company was the epitome of poor business practice with an assistant telling me my fan never worked anyway and John yelling in the background. Will never do business with them again.
