If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This place is terrible! I reported them to the BBB, the staff at the Mishawaka location are no help and extremely rude.
Have gotten my neighbors mail 5 times already this year. I just wonder who's getting mine? Can't get the PO to answer the phone either.
Have had packages delivered to wrong address MANY TIMES!!! Read the address before you give my stuff to other people!!! Some packages never got recovered because whoever they gave it to refuses to return it!!!! This never happened when I lived in other towns.
Guy that helped me was at end of shift..tell it was a long day..said come on up..and he did everythg right n have a good day..awesome..
The staff is friendly and I don't normally have issues, but I live barely up the street and have been waiting over a week for a package that has been in their facility. Even after going to the post office in person they informed me they couldn't find it.
