Champion replaced several windows in my parents home back in February. Salesman did a good job explaining the process. For the money we ended up paying for these average quality windows, the installation is terrible, the metal work they did outside looks real bad, the caulking is horrible. Customer service to get these issues resolved has been terrible.
Again, I will NEVER buy Champion Windows or recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them zero stars but it isn't an option.

Worst customer service and sales techniques I have ever seen. I will NEVER buy Champion Windows nor recommend them to anyone. I signed up for the free in-home estimate and the salesman wouldn't stop pushing for me to buy right there. I was just looking around to find the best deal. Champion Windows just plays a game trying to manipulate you into signing a contract. The sales rep offered me a 40% off then another 10% if I signed today. I wanted to discuss things with my wife first, as well as see the slider window in their store room. However he made several comments implying my wife was controlling, which ticked me off and solidified my decision to not buy from them. My wife and I are a team, she is not controlling! The sales rep still wouldn't take no for an answer so called his boss. They then offered me an additional $200 off if I signed the contract before 3pm, which wouldn't even give us enough time to drive to their showroom. I would rather pay another company more than deal with Champion... Again I told the salesman no, and he said I could sign the contract for the deal and not be bound to it. What?! How stupid do they think people are?! No way!!!
