I rent here often, and will continue to do so. Every staff member who works here goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Often times, they will upgrade my vehicle complimentary if they have additional vehicles in supply. Big thanks to Tim and his entire staff.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Even if we run into a problem, it is resolved immediately. I rent from this location several times a month, and have no interest in looking at their competitors. Tim and staff, keep it up! Appreciate what you do for your customers.
This location is by far the best rental car company I've rented from. They are always pleasant to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is good with your rental car. One time they didn't have the car I registered for and they upgraded me fir free. One time recently I had to use a different company and I think my biggest mistake with that was that I held that company up to Budget's standards. No one compares to this location.
I booked my rental 4 months in advance, when I arrived my rental was not there but the manager upgraded me and refunded me more than half the rental cost . Great customer service when taking care of an issue and making it right. The only complaint I have is the car wasn't completely clean on the inside.
The sign on the door and the app both say it opens at 10am on Sunday. It is 10:37am and the owner says that they do not open until 11am.
