My boyfriend rented a car here to go see his family in Alabama because he’s a AAA member and gets a decent discount. I’ve rented from this location before and never had a problem, however, I will never be renting from here again and I will let everyone I know not to rent from them. We just returned the car and left to get a bite to eat, when he received a call that the car smelled like smoke. Neither of us smoke. Neither of us have ever smoked. She said she charged his card a $305 smoking fee. We will be disputing this charge with the bank and telling anyone who listens to rent from another company.
ALLL THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE REPLACED! Especially the female who likes to be rude and snap on people! Will be calling someone higher because she doesnt need to be working in a place like this. Her professionalism is outrageous. There was times the phone kept ringing and she kept huffing and puffing and getting upset. WHO DOES THAT? If you dont like your job honey, TAKE YOUR RUDE SNAPPY SELF somewhere else. Im more than sure the customers will appreciate it!!!
Terrific staff, but should schedule more than one person during busy hours.
Was not acknowledged when I walked in with my 2 year old daughter. Customer service is lacking big time. I received a"frozen" car. Here again I am with my 2 year old and the car is literally frozen, to be fair it is below zero. However they were aware we we're to be there.
Kind of hard to rent a car from these folks when they wont answer the phone.
