Only one checkout open and a long line waiting. Thought I was at Menard's. Finally another opened, but neither clerk was at all friendly. You are better than that

Since the blinds were installed by an independent contractor we wanted to give Lowe's a second chance. So when we wanted to buy a washer and dryer we went to this Lowe's again since they also had good prices. However, the day they were suppose to deliver the washer and dryer we had been assured several times that they wouldn't be here until after 5 PM since my wife and I both work. At 3:30 in the afternoon while I was still at work the driver called and said he was 10 minutes away! I told him that we were not home and that he should come back later since I was assured that they were not suppose to be there for another hour and a half. The driver refused. After being assured multiple times that they wouldn't be there until 5 they tried delivering at 3:30! Then the people at the store didn't seem to care and weren't willing to help us get the washer and dryer delivered quickly. We waited several days before more to get them. We are no longer using this Lowe's for anything. We're not sure we will ever use any Lowe's ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE INSTALL SERVICE. Just had a terrible customer service experience here. I purchased a kitchen sink, and paid the up-front installation fee, which is supposed to include reattachment of existing or new faucet, drains and garbage disposal (plus an extra $60 to reattach reverse osmosis system). The sink said it needed a drain assembly; a sales associate told me the existing on attached to my old sink would be fine, I just needed a new washer for it. The plumber who came said this was incorrect and I needed a new drain assembly, which he luckily had with him. Then he informed me that I would need to pay an extra $202 on top of the $290 I already had paid because the drainage setup on the new sink differed from the old and he could not get the garbage disposal reattached. This was all after being told at the time of purchase that I would be contacted within 48 hours by an installer. Which did not happen. After 72 hours I called the Lowe's installation 800 number. Then a day or two later had to call again. Then finally got the installer to contact me. I went to the store to pay the additional charge, and complained about the wait, the fact that the newly installed faucet had a leak and needed to be fixed, and that I thought the added charge was unfair given the way the up-front installation fee was advertised and explained. A customer service manager told me to not worry about the cost, that it would be taken care of. Then, two days later, I received two phone calls from the store telling me I had to come pay the charge and that they did not believe me about the associate waiving it and that they would not honor it. At that point, $202 became a price to pay to be done dealing with the store and a pass to never ever go there again with my business.

First lady was very nice and helpful but the other one called me a sorry honkey no good rascal and I reckon I will have to whup him for it if I ever seen him again

The older gentleman in plumbing area was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful went above and beyond I wish I would have caught his name I would have written Lowe's and giving him a great review

Couldn't find the screws I needed.

I don't know about every Lowe's store but this location is horrible. When we purchased a new home we needed blinds installed. We went to Lowe's and had them custom cut and install the blind for us. After the person came to our house to measure for the blinds was when the problem started. The store didn't inform us that we has to pick up the blinds ourselves, we waited several days for the person to call us back to schedule the install. Finally we called the store and asked them what was going on and they said that we had to pick them up and then he would come and install them. This was annoying but we went and picked them up. They assured us that now that they were picked up the installer would call us within 48 hours. About 4 days later later we called the store wondering why the installer had not contacted us. Finally we got the person to come and install the blinds.

Had to borrow some out of another kit for my project to work.
