Cindy and Jeff were very helpful in walking us thru each of their fireplace settings in their showroom. Lori and I selected JCS over other vendors for several reasons. One of the first was their impressive showroom, secondly we realized very quickly how much experience they had in models they sold as well as models that are available from other suppliers. We decided on replacing the gas fireplace with a Mendota 41 insert. Lori and I are very pleased with the options we picked and the support and patience we received from JCS. Jeff and Cindy helped us thru all our questions and personally visited our home (an hour from Mishawaka) on three occasions to make sure everything was perfect. Very personable and knowledgeable - it was a pleasure doing business with them.
