Every time I need to buy something or a repair they are FAST AND HONEST! In a bind theyve given me straight up honest advice. Theyre not out to scam and rip you off. They've fixed appliances of mine even when I wasn't home.
Christmas was saved by Julie's. Their customer service is polite and nice. Found a part no one had.They were so great they stayed open late.
Just so I could purchase a part no one could find. Tried at least 10 or more places and they treated me rude. I didn't have a washer for a week and 4 people couldn't do laundry on the holidays but thanks to Julie's for being our Santa Claus and preforming a miracle!!! No one cared but Julie's. Thank you so much your one of the only few company's who care about their customers still. Thanks for being one of them!!! Happy Holidays!!!!
Got a flat top stove and they had a refrigerator to match real nice so we got that 2.Coming back for washer, dryer when we cannnnnn
This place is GREAT! They've helped me at least 5 times over the past 8 years. They've replaced my dryer, gotten me parts and fixed my dishwasher, I've bought a washer there, they even purchased a fridge I no longer needed and hauled it off (in the middle of a snowstorm!) I've recommended them and they've helped friends and neighbors too.
I totally trust them, their products, and repair work. I'll never go to a big box store for any appliances ever again. Julies has helped me fix those too over the years!!!!
After going back and forth for a month, most times not getting a return phone call or when I would do a follow-up call because Julie never returned the call it was a rude conversation on her end, we STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE THE PART!! We pre-paid. She even refused us a refund after giving us the run around!! Mind you I called another appliance repair company on a Thursday and had the part by Friday afternoon. 24 hours compared to 30 plus days. I do not recommend them on many points. This is just the top of the iceberg!!
