The staff at Unity are absolutely wonderful. They are always kind and caring. I would recommend unity to everyone. Although it's an hour drive for us it's the only place I will go to now. It's nice when you can tell the staff really enjoys working there and enjoys their job. I truly can not say enough good things.
The staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, aids, techs, chefs, facility maintenance personnel, clerical personnel, and administration are, without exception, all focused on patient satisfaction. Even the hospital CEO make you feel like you're the most important person there. The medical care provided by the health care professionals is first rate and they stay in contact with you to insure the very best outcome.
Unity Medical and Surgical is a VERY DIFFERENT hospital. They not only say that patients' care is important but the more importantly they ACT like patients' are of utmost importance. Everything they do is so the care they provide it the very BEST it can be. From the beautiful and efficient state of the art facilities to the gourmet food to the constant care of the facilities you are treated like ROYALTY.
Beside the technical expertise of the operations the next most important quality, to me, is their (all of them) attitude of care. They treated me like I was their much love family member.
I really cannot say enough good things or find anything to suggest that they improve from my 3 operations in Unity Medical & Surgical Hospital.
They are the VERY BEST.
Went for a sleep study 7/24/17. So much better then the previous study I had 4 years ago at another sleep clinic. Room temp was great. Encourage to bring my own pillow.Kim my tech very warm and friendly made me feel welcome , explained the whole procedure. If I needed anything just ask.Great night !!
