Super helpful! I was washing and drying a large comforter. Went in and a very friendly customer service rep helped with the washer(she could prob see I was unsure). Tossed it into a dryer and another gal offered a helpful tip and gave me some tennis balls to fluff the comforter. Then, to top it off, when I stopped back in to pick it up, she bagged it and folded it! I was shocked at that kind of service!
