Great customer service and reliable no matter the location. I have used the Bittersweet and Portage locations. I am very happy that the new location on Jefferson St. has opened (across from Howard Park). This convenience along with the great service makes Ziker Cleaners my #1 dry cleaner.
I was greeted promptly and warmly. Both staff members I interacted with were kind and welcoming. My clothes were in perfect condition when I picked them up. Prices are fair too! The location on Bittersweet has an excellent staff. Although their are several locations in my area after my first visit to the Bittersweet location Ive decided to this location exclusively. Good value and great staff!
