The papa wasn't even in house. Sad!
Arrived to pickup our order and was told they "lost" our pizza. We waited an additional 15 minutes for them to remake our order and they didn't ever offer any type of discount or apology for their mistake. When they finally had my order ready the lady says "I threw in a extra sauce for trouble"
I've ordered twice from here n both times food was over cooked. I'm not one to complain much so I dealt with it first time. Second time, my food was alright, but the food I ordered for a friend was literally burnt to a crisp. I told him to call n complain but he forced himself to eat it anyways. I feel horrible. I ordered him food n he couldn't enjoy it. Was horrible!!!
I have ordered from here multiple times, the order is almost always late. The pizza is never warm.
Coupons make this the best option for the price. Much tastier than the surrounding pizza joints
