Had an issue with my pizzas and was offered credit to my account and I could keep my pizzas. Very helpful and polite workers.
Their service is faster than most Pizza Huts
I ordered a pizza at 5:50, didn't get my pizza until almost 8pm. The employees never picked up their phone, I called over 5 times roughly waiting 15 mins each & never had anyone pick up the phone.. the delivery guy was rude. I didn't tip, nor am I ever ordering from the pizza on Lincoln way ever again. Let's also not forget I live not even 5 mins away from this Pizza Hut
This is the worst Pizza hut around Troy is very rude and hung up on me twice. We have our pizza delivered from them and Everytime our order is messed up. This last time I was suppose to have a 15$ credit, but it wasn't there and then they said I got a free pizza that same night, which is a lie because I left work shortly after and my credit card was billed 25$ . We would go else where but it's the one that delivers to our work place.
I wanted pizza so I ordered Pizza Hut. The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had. It was loaded with sauce and it barely had any cheese on it. I wouldn't even feed that pizza to my dog. When frozen pizzas from the grocery store are better and have more cheese than a freshly made pizza, somethings very wrong. I will never eat pizza from Pizza Hut again!!!
