I read the brochure, checked out the aerator systems on the internet and decided to have them install one for me. They had it installed by Thursday and they showed me how to clean the filter and add Bacteria. They did a nice professional looking job I'm very happy with it.
Its been 3 months and it fixed my problem faster than the guy said it would. He told me it could take up to a year but I saw a difference within 2 or 3 weeks and it hasn't needed pumped again yet.
All in all they did a wonderful job for me and I would recommend them to anyone.
Then he offered me the choice of coming out right then for more money or saving by having him come out on monday. He explained the difference in price and why it cost more. I chose for him to come out right then for an extra $100.00
ASAP Septic did a great job cleaning my septic tank, and i will use them from now on. My septic tank started overflowing around 5 pm on a Friday while i had family from out of town visiting so i called a few companies first and they told me they could not come out till the next morning, i called 254-poop and they sent a truck out within the hour. They did an excellent job and were very friendly.
He had a driver to my home in an hour and 15 minutes. The driver was very good. He had it sucked out in about 15 minutes and explained why it overflowed and gave me a brochure on how to get it fixed.
I called 254-POOP on a saturday afternoon because my septic tank was overflowing into my yard. The guy was very helpful, he told me how to check for water leaks first.
Have to say. they did and excellent job! it is a Holiday weekend. they were busy, but still took care if us. friendly , reasonable and we will use them again.
