I had a great experience with this company especially the technician that came to my home. Sadly, I can't remember his name. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole appointment. The problem was easily fixed and would definitely use this company again!

Contacted Roto Rooter for what appeared to be a line blockage. Tech immediately discovered that the problem related to a new toilet not installed properly by our contractor. Tech fixed the problem and was in/out in less than 1 hour. Great response time and excellent service. I will always root for Roto Rooter.
