I have always loved the haircuts I've received here. I even had my hair and make-up done here for my wedding and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They let us bring in food and beverages for while we got ready, it made the morning of my wedding extra fun

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! I got my hair done by Breman and specifically showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair EXACTLY. BEFORE anything Breman did not tell me I would need more than 1 session to get the look i wanted EXACTLY THE COLOR HOW I SHOWED HER IN THE PICTURES BEFORE GETTING MY HAIR DONE.. Well she continued and the after results were horrible! It looked like I didn't even get my hair done and paid $150 for nothing! I was not happy with the results she than told me after the results that I would need more than 1 session to get that look and admitted that AFTER I PAID! and they wanted to charge me another $150.00 to get that color i had told her in the first place! Ontop of all this Breman, and the other coworkers that were there were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They gave me an attitude and were very unprofessional. 1 of the managers there told me it did not matter what her name was and rejected to provide me her name. Very upset wit this place. I came here because i thought Breman has talent. I WAS WRONG! Never coming here again.
Firstly I do want to take some responsibly for what I went through. I did not speak up. And I came back a second time. I originally was trying to set up an appointment with somebody who was more experienced and who was a little bit more expensive But she was on maternity leave I was recommended Kaitlyn Corl She was cordial. The 1st time that I went in I was extremely happy with the end result while I was still in the chair because I do have hard water and it was extremely difficult to get my hair to lighten up. I came in a brassy blonde, that should have been easy to correct. I also want to mention I have an extreme social anxiety disorder and I have a really bad habit of not speaking up when I'm uncomfortable. A lot of the breakage that I had in my hair was from her pulling at it, When my hair was still wet I could hear it ripping and I was in so much pain. Her acrylic nails were scrubbing so hard against my scalp that I had little scabs. When she used the blow dryer on my hair she put it so close to my scalp that it was extremely painful. I was so panicked when she used a heat tool out of fear she would burn me. But I had done extensive research on olaplex And I really wanted to go to somebody who used it. This was one of the few salons Where I could see pictures of the end result though social media. But you have to realize that people only showcase their best work. I went back a second time And it was supposed to be the last time That she would have to do anything to my hair. It was not as painful the last time as it was the 1st but it was still a very uncomfortable experience and my scalp was still sore afterwards for a few days. She only showed me the front of my hair which I really liked And when I was trying to get the OK from my partner they were hesitant to respond. I didn't realize until the next day that I noticed my haircut was extremely uneven, and the back was a totally different color than the front. She was also insistent on adding and dark roots and lowlights when I kept saying that I was opposed to it- which I am really unhappy with... but I decided to trust her... I really shouldn't have. The owner of this salon is kind from the small amounts of interaction we had. I'm really happy she preserved the length, but this is not hair worth nearly $400. Again I do want to take responsibility for being in pain and not speaking up. Your stylist cannot read your mind. But I had to add it. I will not be going back and I will not be recommending her service. My partner said that I shouldn't try to not sound like a jerk because she messed up my hair for $400 lol.
