Reputable repair shop. They only recommend repairs that might be needed in a couple months. (Not like if you don't have this done TODAY your vehicle will strand you on the side of the road)
I had them replace an engine in a Jeep. I thought they were going to put in an LS3. Haha. But seriously they did do an outstanding job for me. Definitely a place I will take my Jeep in for anything mechanical.
