I will never shop at an American Eagle again after the snotty, slow, and rude service I received today. Four young snobbish girls only 2 running a cash register with a line 10 deep. One even let another customer go off shopping while we all waited....I asked another girl walking around why she wasn't helping at the registers and she said b/c only 2 were open.....but you have 4 or 5 registers there? Finally it was my turn I was there for a return and a price adjustment and was told the top I wanted the price adjustment was not part of the sale when it clearly was. Instead of checking this the girl said snootily "Just give it to her anyway." The girl could not explain the receipt to me to show me how the price adjustment worked and began to speak to me like I was a jr high student . Being talked to in this way when I was twice her age was disrespectful and no one spending their hard earned money should be treated so just b/c I was right and she was wrong about the shirt being on discount. The clothes are poorly made, fit is off, and very expensive. Not worth it!
