We chose MW because much of our wedding party was coming from out of town so we wanted to make this the most convenient for all of the guys to get measured. My now-husband and all of his groomsmen/dad went it to get measured. When we picked up my husbands tux we were informed that the suit we picked did not have a matching grey vest so they just chose a grey (did not mach and looked bad). The shirt they put him in was way too small- why did he bother getting measured? We chose a new vest and had all of the groomsmen's vests reordered. 6 days later (2 days before the wedding) they tell us that all of our things are in. We go back to the store. The new shirt fits, but the new vest....no only does it NOT fit, it's not the replacement that we picked. We were informed that they can't get the vest we wanted in his size. We pick a 3rd vest for him, but keep the other vest for the groomsmen (most have picked up their stuff my now and it didn't look terrible). We go back the next day and the vest fits, but it only looks okay with rest of the suit. Oh well, let's see how it goes. On the morning of the wedding the guys get dressed, 2 of the groomsmen have the 'first reorder', one had the original vest, and my husband has the second reorder. We had to scrap the vests and go without. It was an all around terrible experience : (

I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. I came with my fiancé so he could get fitted and to pick out his suit. When it was time to pick up the suit we came to try it on and it did not fit and it was super baggy. My fiancé and his groomsmen picked fitted suits, we were not expecting skinny pants but we wear expecting exactly what the word "fitted" stands for. They were literally swimming in their suits and shirts. & they wanted to charge us more money because they had to adjust the suits. I personally wouldn't care about us paying more if we were the ones that gave them the measurements, but we didn't! An employee here took the measurements and now we have to pay for his mistake? Doesn't make sense to me. Doesn't sound like good customer service. When we came I myself was asking the gentleman that was helping us if the suits were going to look baggy like the ones they had to try on to get fitted and he told my fiancé and I that they were not gonna be baggy and they would be nicely fitted. The manager was helping us when we came to pick them up and she didn't even apologize for them not fitting and for having us re order the suits. She wasn't trying to work with us. She wasn't rude but she wasn't trying to be friendly either. She said " people when they hear fitted they think skinny fitted." Umm, I'm pretty sure when ANYONE thinks of fitted they think that it's going to fit and it's not going to be loose. I am honestly very dissapointed. I came here excited because I wanted the best and assumed I would have exactly what I wanted. I was very wrong. I just want to make it clear that fitted means "made or shaped to fill a space or to cover something closely or exactly." This definition of fitted wasn't what we got. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Terrible service! Very rude staff (I was even hung up on after being placed on hold for 15 minutes!). HORRIBLY DISORGANIZED! We had to keep going back over and over to fix things that were entered incorrectly into their system. On the day our men were to pick up their tuxes for our wedding they didn't have them all in, wanted one man to come back the next day, wasn't in, wanted him to come back the DAY of the wedding, when they finally checked the back they had the new tux they ordered and the same one that was ordered a long time ago but it was misplaced. He could have had it days ago and not had to worry if they weren't so disorganized there. A friend of ours got married the week before us and they had the same issues. Also one of the men picked up his tux and it had no buttons on it. Very expensive for such poor service. Will never use them again.

Unhelpful sales person told me to order online because they didn't want to bother going to the hassle to help me order in store the first time I visited. Then when the tie in question wasn't available on their public website, the manager offered to fulfill the order for me. Almost a month later and they haven't gotten the ties, even though I paid in store. Each time I call the they tell me to keep waiting, and provide no solid estimate in spite of the fact my wedding is coming up rapidly. The manager says it takes time to get the ties shipped from another store, but a whole month seems a bit of a stretch to me. My recommendation? Shop elsewhere! There are several other places in the same mall anyway.

Had a good experience here renting my tux. Had to make a few adjustments but it was done in a timely manner. Friendly people too
