The suite we stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and affordable. Though the window did not fully latch and there was no screen in the window. The amenities and breakfast were decent. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful.
Minuses: place is dirty. Very dirty.
The people were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and maintained.
The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay. If we ever have to stay at another hotel we are definitely coming back to this one. Awesome job!
After a late flight and an even later drive, I got into the hotel around 3:30am. Apparently at 3 am, if you aren't there to claim your reservation, the hotel's system marks you as a no-show, but the person working at the front desk helped me out with no problem. She very kindly gave me my room key and I was on my way. The bed seriously provided me with one of the best night's sleep I've had this entire year, and that is saying something. The air conditioning worked with no problem. The bathroom/shower left me wanting a little more -- the shower head placement had me caning my head down to get water, and there was a light switch that didn't seem to activate anything (or something was broken) -- but it definitely was not a deal-breaker. If I had any complaint it would be that the bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get out of it to grab their complimentary breakfast. This hotel is very good.
ETA: was contacted by the asst. GM of the hotel and was offered/given a 15% discount on each night of my 2 night stay. And an apology.
Plusses: bed was quite comfortable. Our room was large. Not out of the way, plenty of places to eat - even within walking distance.
