Rana the Assistant Manager was a ton help with helping me find my perfect mattress. She did the strength test to see what kind of bed was best for my back even. It was a great experience for my first time mattress purchase of my own. Plus she even wished me a happy birthday! #DenverMattress
Sales people were friendly and helpful. I did not sense any dishonesty, and all the information they provided was straight forward. We purchased a queen durango series bed, and expect delivery in 2 weeks.
I can't begin to describe how bad my experience with this store was. They have no integrity and care about the sale and nothing beyond that. After we purchased a higher-end mattress, we were told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. On the tenth day, we heard nothing, so called Denver. They told us the mattress wasn't even available yet and they would let us know when it came in. A week later we called again, they gave us a single, 2 hour time window for delivery for the following week. It happened to be one of the only times in the day no one is home at our house. So, they then told us they couldn't make a delivery for another 10 days. They only offered to deliver sooner when we told them to cancel the order. Then, after they told us the order was cancelled, I waited 48 hours for the money to be returned to my card, and it wasn't. I called again and they told me it had never been done. I'm still waiting for my money back, and not expecting that it will be done, as we have never received an honest answer from these people. Oh, and we also never received a single apology for our extremely long wait or for being given misinformation. If you want a quality mattress, locally sourced, from a family-owned company and for a much better price than this store, check out a great store in Holland, MI. It's definitely worth the drive!
The salesman helped my husband and I find a mattress we could agree on, and the offered us a great deal. Also I'm glad that our purchase supported an American made product.

I had an amazing shopping experience here in Mishawaka, Indiana. On June 22 I bought Split King Adjustable bed and mattresses! My sales Rep was Reuben Lake, and he was so patient and so helpful. He made sure to give me all options and explained all sales and discounts. I went shopping around to other stores in the area and this was by far the best!
