Bought a pair of Aldo shoes a couple months back, happened to be a defective pair, I went into this store expecting the worse but to my suprise the young customer service representative went well and beyond his duties to accommodate my problem. His name is Devin ( I hope I spelled it right). I have a renewed sense of loyalty for Aldo products. Great product, above all else great customer service.
Aldo been know to sale great shoes and boots. But the salesmen on 3/25/2017 were very unprofessional. I've been shopping their for over 6years. Went in their after work with my work attire on (mechanic) and they treated me like i was a pan handler. Instead off asking me if i needed any help, a worker said excuse me so he can work around me. As if he was just another customer. With that kinda judging a book by its cover attitude i probably won't stop there anymore.
