Tarible costermer service manager doesn’t help employees that are learning.
Had an okay selection of hunting wear. Not much for women nor for children. Perhaps only due to the timing. Otherwise, great and friendly service.
This store has a good selection of high end sports gear and clothing. They also carry hunting, golfing, fishing, camping, and exercise equipment. Games like ping pong and basketball hoops are also sold here. However, some of the merchandise is overpriced.
I was very impressed with the customer service. I called to see if they had a particular style of sunglasses and spoke to the a manager named Joe. It was close to closing time and I figured I was going to get a "yes we have sunglasses" but instead he put me on a brief hold and actually went to see what they had in stock. He said he didn't have the style that I was looking for, but invited me to come check out what they did have and gave me online ordering options. When I arrived, a different manager named Phillip was helping a cashier. I found a different pair of glasses and he stopped what he was doing to help educate me on the different styles and benefits of lenses. I was just impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly staff at this location.
On the Dick's Sporting Good website they say that they give a military discount but when we got to the Mishawaka store they said they don't give a military discount. At this time of year I find that a little disheartening there are members of the military fighting for our freedom they advertise it and then don't give it I believe this is misrepresentation
