I bought a used car there almost a year ago. I went there looking for a car i found online but they had already sold. So they were able to find the exact car i was looking for from a different dealer and got it for me. Salesman listened and did everything he said he would. I had been to two other dealers in the area that wouldn't even call me back cause i was picky about the model of car i wanted. Only problem i had was in financing when they added a extended warranty that i didn't want but i went back later and they removed it for me. Overall very happy and would recommend especially over their local competition

Always had good things to say till tidat!! We have been going to gates for yers.. Had one other complaint till today. Few years ago they did not tighten my lug nuts so I never had them rotate my tires.Ne we had tires rotated since.. Today was the first time I have gone any where else with my car. Took it in to get new tires and my lock key was not in the car. Called Gates and was told that there service techs would always put them back in my car. I walked back to where my car was and helped look through my car again!! They are not there.. Brent the service manager assured me that they don’t make mistakes!!! Well maybe he did by telling me this!! Not sure we will be going back!!! We all make mistakes Brent!
