Will never buy a vehicle here just because their commercials are so annoying.
We had the most unpleasant experience buying a car from Gurley Leep Kia and I would never endorse or recommend them to my friends or enemies based on what transpired with my wife and I. I was lied to by 2 different managers about the price of the vehicle and how they couldn't accept my offer because they would lose money. They both had told me the cost of the vehicle was X and that the bottom line was X. The two numbers were $650 different. One manager even told me that "maybe this is too much of a car for you" which really insulted me. Then I emailed a third manager with my original offer and informed him that since it was month end I would be willing to purchase the car with my own financing and could have a check from my bank in 15 minutes. He called me immediately and accepted the offer. When i went in to place a deposit I had to sit through a high pressure sales pitch from a finance manager about purchasing an extended warranty insurance which I declined repeatedly. After the 4th decline and 30 minutes later I was ready to rescind the offer and walk out. Thankfully he quit the pitch but I was already furious. I told him I would be back the next day with a check from my bank to take delivery. I called at 10AM and told the finance manager I would be there at 1PM and if that was ok. He assured me it was and would have everything ready. When my wife and I arrived there we were told he would be with us in a few minutes and to please have a seat in the waiting area. 40 minutes later and no word from anyone as to what was happening we started to get irate. Seems the finance manager walked off the job and they were trying to find someone who could produce the paperwork for the car purchase and accept our check. We were 5 minutes from walking out and telling them to forget the deal. The sales manager finally came over and had the paperwork for us to sign but with no explanation of why we were treated that way. He just said that the finance manager left. This dealership was very unprofessional and the entire experience left me with a very bad taste about Gurley Leep. I have purchased my last two vehicles from them but I will not be doing so again. The salesman we worked with was sympathetic and the only honest one we dealt with and I felt bad for him since he was new. I would not recommend dealing with GL for anything. They have obviously gotten so big that they don't care about the customer anymore.

Very crooked people. I bought a van from here 2 years ago and went back to see about getting a newer vehicle and they said that my vehicle wasn't worth more than a quarter of what I owed because it has been in an accident prior to me buying it, even though when I purchased it from them they said it had a clean carfax. Make sure you get everything in writing from these people because they will screw anyone they can to make a sell. I would recommend you go visit Harold Ziegler if you are in the market for a vehicle. They are by far, the better dealership.
Have personally seen this company give customers excessively high interest rates (high teens) while slipping warranties in, under the radar.
