I had a Groupon for an oil change, this summer, that included a multi-point inspection and stated outright that it included a visual check of brakes and fluids, etc. I was charged more than the "additional to Groupon coupon" charge, my engine was a mess with spilled oil, and less than a week later my brakes gave out while driving. The brakes giving out is not their fault. However, the entire brake line rusted through and there was damage to the brakes, all of which would have been caught on a purely visual check of my brakes more than a week before, leading me to believe that there was no inspection. To top it all off, they were rude and took an hour longer than they said. I use Groupons to try a place out before I become a regular customer. These guys lost my business.
I had bought tires last month and asked the tech to please keep the best tire. As I got my car I was impressed but soon noticed the tire I asked them to keep was thrown on top of my trunk cover. I pulled over to find the trunk cover was broken on one side and the other side was chipped. I called and they said they would take care of it, never received a follow up, left messages and no one will call me back about this issue. Worst experience ever.
Worst customer service ever. You walk in, and that old grouch named Ed just stares at you, doesn't even say hi, or how can I help you? Turns out they can't help. I just needed an alignment and they were all booked up, which has to be a lie, because there weren't even that many cars, and with customer service that bad why would they be booked? He didn't even try to help me out or recommend a time that I could come back. It's unfortunate because I work at the mall and it would be so convenient to drop my car off before work and come back for it later.
