Not enough staff, very upset to wait in line for twenty minutes only to discover I couldn't pay with cash because I was using a coupon from my mom's JC Penney card

Like them, only thing not enough check out help you have to wait forever to get checked out and the old ladies bless their hearts are the worst! Need more carts to carry clothing instead of bags. Overall I can't ever find anything for myself but I go to Macys for me and jc penny for my grandkids.
