Broken promises- still no merchandise and all we get is excuses. Customer service is a joke. If you can't walk out with it- don't get it.
I was then told it would take 24 hours and we verified my email. Needless to say it didn't come so I called. And I was told to wait 48 hours and that I would get it because she made her request. Well, needless to say again after 3 days I don't have it and now I have an email from Sears saying that it is warranted for 90 days provided that proof can shown.
Ok except that I've made 3 calls to get a copy of the charge. I was supposed to have it emailed by the technician immediately following his repair, well I didn't see it. So I called and was sent an appointment reminder instead of what I asked for immediately.
I came in for an Oil Change on August 13, 2017 to the Sears Automotive Center. The Sears Website states they are open till 6pm. I arrived at 4:40pm. I pulled into the garage bay There were two mechanics working on a vehicle. An older gentleman walks up and I told him I needed an oil change. He said they were done for the day and not taking anymore customer's. I asked him why. He stated they close at 5pm. I pointed out they close at 6pm according to website. He stated that was the store in the UP Mall. I then stated it was 4:40pm and not 5pm yet. He stated again they were taking no more vehicles. I told him I was writing a review and he turned around and walked away.
Never will return to this place and they lost my business forever.

Ever shrinking SEARS. They used to have a good variety here, but every time we come they have less and less. We asked staff if they still had certain departments (such as big and tall or maternity) and the staff didn't even know. We ended up not even buying anything are last stop because we can't buy what we can't find. Not to mention they seem to always have their items on sale, which is a misleading business practice. If it's always on sale, then it's never really on sale...
Well I have nothing at all from Sears showing the work was completed. They have also deleted my order number. What to do? I've been very patient, I guess I'll have to blow their heads off with my voice
