I've had better experience at this one for the most part than the one in the mall. However depending on the associate working that day experience may vary. I was annoyed by a blonde with a tattoo on her wrist. But I've recieved great service from a shorter older gentlemen. I apologize for not knowing their name.
If the return policy has changed, great, post that, but don't say you won't follow your posted return policy.
