Good prices on quality clothes. Don't like how they divide stuff by brands. My daughter was looking for a dress not a designer. Had to go to 10 sections instead on one.
Go to return pair of sunglasses and return is refused for not having BOTH a receipt and a return label.
Certainly don't be rude while stating you don't care about the policy.
Posted return policy on kiosk: "have proof of purchase. With your original receipt, the credit card- you used to purchase, OR return label, OR packaging slip."
I got a very nice dress here Its a blue dress and it has jewels on it it's very nice I'm gonna wear it to the holloween dance and very nice staff.
If the return policy has changed, great, post that, but don't say you won't follow your posted return policy.
In the juniors dept, had sales clerk that was awesome. So polite and helpful
