Once the table was set up, we noticed we were missing a few of the items we had paid for, we had to request those. Our server came out about once every 15 minutes, we didn't get drinks until 40 minutes into the party and our food arrived just before the show started.
An incident report was filed and we did not have to pay for our party. The server never came out and apologized or spoke to us again. The manager was kind, although I don't like someone trying to make excuses for a servers negligence, the process of the party was never explained, and we were basically fending for ourselves. I understand they were busy, however, the cake should have been placed in the middle of the table where she would have had to lean up not right in front of her with the candles closest to her. She also shouldn't have walked away or waited until an adult was near her before lighting the candle. Our table was last to get our pizza so we weren't ready for cake either. The Senior Assistant Manager was somewhat defensive when trying to get the story. We were also told that typically they only have 3 parties going on at once but at this given time there were 5, thats a booking issue on your behalf, not the customers, then you call in more people.
I had to give this place a 1 when what I wanted to do was give it a negative 85. The conditions of this place were so disgusting. I took my daughter to the bathroom and the floor smelled of old urine, like it had been on the floor for quite some time. And it was covered with paper towels as well. The "salad bar" which you pay an arm and a leg for is ridiculous. Pretty much everything is gone and looks questionable. My friend and I are pretty much just waiting to die from listeria now. The area by the soda machines were sticky and had pop and water all over everything. You couldn't lay down anything while getting a drink. You wait about 45 minutes on 1 pizza. While I ate my pizza I watched the guy at the door stand there looking high as a kite and kept playing with his hair the whole time he was there. Staring... At nothing really but he just stared at nothing higher than all get out. People don't watch their children and several tried to grab things from my daughter or tried to push her out of the way. You rarely see anyone who works there actually doing much of anything about any of the issues in their facility. You see a nasty dirty and sticky counter where people are trying to get a salad? Idk... Maybe wipe it down. I will probably never ever go this place again. It made me sick thinking I had touched anything in this establishment. You need to be shut down immediately.
HORRIBLE experience. We booked a birthday party for my 4 year old online, when we arrived they couldn't find her name on the list (yes, we had put a deposit down), after searching they found it. They were late starting the parties, and this is where it started to go bad. There were supposed to be 5 parties starting at the same time, but they didn't seem to have enough party hosts... the one we had was horrible.
We have never had a birthday party here, we didn't know what to expect, and they did not really inform us on how this would go, other tables were complaining about the service or lack there of, because the servers were not being attentive. Once Chuck E came out they were teaching the kids the birthday dance and song, the server brought out the cake and set it on the edge of the table directly in front of my daughter and lit the candle and walked away. In a matter of seconds her hair was in FLAMES! She is 4 years old and the way the tables were set up are so that all the kids are at the end closest to the stage, the candles were directly in front of her, she turned her head and the flame caught her hair. Thank GOD her grandfather was able to get through the OVER CROWDED dining area to pat her hair out. After this, the server did not come back to our table again. We spoke to the managers several times and at no point was another server assigned to our table, they were basically done serving us. Whatever food and drink we had at 1:40 was all we had the rest of the time.

Took my 6 yr old grandson to this place on his birthday Nov . 11th 2017 , place was overpacked to say the least , standing room only , ordered 2 lg. Pizza's and a cake after 53 minutes they brought out 1 pizza that we didnt order, tried addressing the situation with the staff we were told that they would fix the issue with the pizza's, then the manager said absolutely not they weren't fixing anymore orders because ppl were taking advantage of their generosity and was yelling at the server which wasn't his fault to begin with ," very unprofessional " to say the least but that manager on that night needs to learn ppl skills before you lose anymore custumers as for me and my 7 grandchildren,and 2 great-grandchildren we'll just book our parties at megaplay from now on .... $350.00 lesson learned
This was very traumatic for my 4 year old, I'm blessed her face wasn't injured, however, her hair was in flames and it was not handled in a way that I would ever consider giving my business to Chuck E Cheese again.
I gave it a 1 star but wanted to give a zero! We went for my grandson's 5 th. birthday an he got sick a few days later! His mom got sick an I got sick an my 1 year old grandson got sick! We all will never go there again!!! My daughter's friend her 3 kids got sick to. It's been a week an I'm still sick!!!! They do not clean an their pizza's are not good either. They need to have some cleaning crew come in an clean!!! Like I said we will never go back there again an pay big money just to have everyone get sick!!!! This place sucks an they need to up date.
