Cancellation of shrimp orders was a train wreck. Decided on rib tips.
Good variety large portions and reasonably priced my fav Italian beef
Tea dispenser dirty as tea tasted like old soured tea.
Inexpensive, simple, tasty food. The Gyro option was great, plenty of fetta cheese and tzatziki sauce. I'm told by several locals that they make great burgers as well.
Place needs good cleaning
The first time I have ever had an issue, we LOVE this restaurant. Although I understand the closing time is 9 pm and we arrived at 8:40, the girl who ran register saw us pull in and turns off the open sign and pulled the runner carpet off the floor as we walked in the door. Not that big of a deal until she carried on a conversation with her child as we waited to order. When we ordered,. She said to go? We said is it too late to eat here? She replied. It takes 15 minutes to make and we close at 9. At that point it was pretty obvious she did not want us there so we cancelled our 30.00 order and left. Who wants to eat a slab of ribs in their car?? Which was our only choice since we were 90 miles from home. But, we have always stopped here in the past and never had an issue until today. I understand it is very difficult to find quality help but you for sure, missed the boat on this girl.
Rib tips kinda greasy and parents asked specifically if served with cole slaw. Got their meals and no slaw. Only to find out that the small size order does not come with it.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo over the phone...no issues... at pickup wanted to charge me$10 for each item seperate....i pointed out i ordered a combo...then they make me aware there is no combo..m why not tell me this on the phone....needless to say i just paid way to much cuz i didn't have time to eat somewhere else. The girl tried to give me my drink for free after she seen i was upset and probably realized i will be eating without a drink..i told her i didn't want it...i wanted for a small side of bbq to put on the $5 sandwich and she wanted to charge me another $1.25..
No thanks TOTAL RIP OFF will definitely be visiting the other location once it reopens...NEVER COMING BACK HERE...this food better be good
