It was really good, but the lack of area to work with made it hard for them to get things done at a good speed. If you go in give them time, they are very friendly and they just need a little longer to adjust to the amount of orders they get. I was there 15 minutes after they opened and a lady ordered like 10 subs backing up the already extensive line behind us. The food was great, I recommend the italian with olives and oil and vinegar.
Very tasty, staff was very nice. It was opening week and extremely busy. Yes, the wait was a tad longer than usual because they are working out the kinks, but even at an established firehouse subs it takes a little time because everything is fresh. Call in pick up or ordering online is the way to go. I thought for opening week, they did a wonderful job.
I love this place. It does take a while to get your order if you walk in, but the subs are so worth it!
Staff seem to have fun together and greet everyone when you walk in.
I love fire house subs! Food is always good. The "wait time" is to be expected opening week. We just order ahead and there's no more issue. :)
Subs are actually very good. The time waiting for the food however; is another story. The franchise owner needs a serious sit down with his store managenent on appropriate wait times for a weekday night and how to improve on these. 40 minutes on a to-go order on any given Tuesday is unacceptable.
