Service was terrible. We were left standing around, very unprofessional all together. We were told that things worked but they did not and when we brought this up after driving off the lot we were told they list things even if they do not work and that they 'don't have time to check out everything on the vehicles'. And what car lot doesn't assess their vehicles that are being traded in? They don't stand by what they say and I would not recommend them to anyone. And now we are having transmission problems and have not had the vehicle for more than a month. Our issues were with both Jeff, the owner, and his nephew, Kyle. Buyer BEWARE!
The owner here is named Jeff. On the door they have their hours posted, but in the several times we tried to meet with him he was not there. We finally scheduled an appointment to meet with him, and when we showed up to that appointment, Jeff failed to remember that he even had an appointment, and had no clue or recollection we were coming. We then were asked to wait for 5 minutes until he could help us...and then waited 20. He didn't answer our questions, he was RUDE, and treated us very poorly. He preceded to talk about cars being "n word-rigged" and was just VERY VERY unprofessional and cocky.
Great service. Great car. Great deal. Jeff was very laid back, very honest about his cars, but also very professional and knowledgeable. No dealing with assertive salesmen trying to make as much money as they can. Jeff hooked me and my wife up with a great car as soon as he could, and working with him was easy and left us excited about getting another car from him in the future. Check him out.
If you want to be treated poorly, and support a business that does NOT serve their customers, then by from Autoworks. My advice to you is do not even go close to this lot. This man has no idea of how to treat people. Warning.
