The customer service was good but I have more issue with this car and I I had it since July first it was alternator but what they said and I had to get a new key and it doesn't lock or unlock my car now to add the back rear window doesn't want to go up or down I am done with this I will be returning the car and going somewhere
I went in with terrible credit and they were able to get me on the road in a quality and affordable vehicle. The staff are great to work with and go the extent help you.

This is the FW branch. Service department is a joke. Had them do some work on my vehicle. Joshua was the tech. Took my vehicle home they didn't do everything I wanted done. Radiator was a gallon low on antifreeze and they even replaced it. No antifreeze in reserve bottle. Didn't rotate tires or tune up. Needs tune up but they say it doesn't. But we wanted it done. Then the wheel came off my vehicle. Ruined the hub and the studs for the lug nuts. And this isn't the first time it has happened. One time we had an oil change done and I got home and my vehicle was 3 quarts low. Another time I had tires rotated and all 4 tires almost came off. Could turn the lug nuts with your fingers. Would NOT recommend the service department to anyone. NOT VERY HAPPY!!!! And then bought this 2 years ago pay $400 a month beginning balance was $10,000 we haven't missed a single payment still owe $8,100. I can't even trade it in. Have probably about $3000 in work done to it. Has 184,000 miles on it. RIDICULOUS. IM UPSIDE DOWN IN THIS VEHICLE AND THEY WONT HELP ME!!!!! � �
