Every one we met there at the facility was kind and attentive. It puts a person at ease when making a major decision in their life, like buying or leasing a new truck.
Devin was new to the car sales game (but with little coaching from his boss and the NO-Pressure approach) rocked it! He was very easy to get along with and was willing to do most communication via email (since i work nights) He was on time and on the spot when it came time for me to come in, even had the truck i wanted parked out front. Felt the love of the Jordan Family!
I needed a second car, but didn't want to spend a fortune. Just needed a good, reliable, budget-friendly car that my grandson could use. I went to Jordan's "budget lot" where I had the good fortune to meet with Brandon Boeker. He was great to work with, really going the extra mile to help me find someone to look over the car before purchasing it! Brandon is very personable and professional! This was the best experience at a car dealership ever. Their prices are fair and no haggle. You could spend hours at other dealers negotiating to get 100-200 more off the price but it is more than worth it for the time and hassle saved. I contacted multiple dealerships and most just wanted to play games. You won't get that here. What you will get is staff that know their product and a smooth transaction.
The low pressure sales is what brought my business to Jordan. The staff there is really easy to talk to, they find how what you are looking for and then put it all on the table.
I will have to admit leasing maybe the way to go, we will see in 36 Months.
Wendi Burns, the Account Executive, who handled my buying experience from Jordan Ford was awesome! She was very professional, was quick to answer any question I had and was very personable. Paul, the Finance guy, was just as equally awesome. Both were very friendly and didn't make me feel dumb when I was asking questions. They explained everything in detail. I would purchase from Jordan again and I would recommend them.
This is my 3rd time buying a car from Jordan in a span of 10 years. Every time I buy a car, I walk out of the showroom satisfied, assured, and content. The customer service is excellent. Shawndale was informative, and helpful. He made sure that I had all my questions answered. He is truly a delight to work with!
