I have great doctor there the problem is when you call to make appointment they put you on hold and some time they get back to sometime they don't the call come out south bend not from mishawaka that only bad thing but this doctor office i have complaint about south bend office not the office in mishawaka other then that the doctor are great there
*** There is one woman who is a delight to speak to. She sounds older and is always pleasant. I hope for her when I call.

The first appointment was good. I made the appointment for my second when I was leaving the first. When I got there for the second appointment, they didn't have me in the schedule book, therefore having to reschedule. The next appointment, I fasted for bloodwork and went in the Friday before my Monday appointment, and Dr. Frentz didn't have my order in, making me miss work, starving, and having to wait. The last time, I called the Wednesday before my Monday appointment to verify I was in the schedule book (so I wouldn't have to go through that again, learned my lesson) and to make sure the order for bloodwork was in (again, I learned my lesson) before Friday morning. They called me on Thursday to tell me the order was in and I said, OK, I'll be there Friday. I fasted for 12 hours, again, starving and missing work. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying x-rays and labs were not happening that day. Why they couldn't inform their patients, who knows? They obviously don't care about their patients schedules. I've definitely learned my lesson with Schwartz Weicamp and their incompetent staff and will not be returning.
My doctor is great. The care I receive is great.
The receptionists in this building are generally horrible. They are difficult to talk to. They are curt, and often unwilling to help. They would rather tell you no we can't do that than actually try. They hassle you if you are on Medicaid. They are insufferable and make me dread calling my doctor. They all need a class on customer service. I could actually hear the woman frowning on the phone today. A robot would be warmer.
