Dr. Ratigan is fantastic and did a wonderful job on my husband's surgery, but the scheduling is terrible! Both times we've been here, we've had at least an hour long wait. This last visit, our appointment was at 9:35, we didn't get called back till 10:41, and there were still two people in front of us. I wish the scheduling was handled better. Otherwise, the staff and Dr and professional and friendly.
Do NOT see Robert Clemency III. He doesn't do his job well at all and gets angry and releases his patients when they come in when they're concerned! TERRIBLE orthopedic!
