Dr. Del Pilar was so kind and took his time with my family. His recommendations for our infant were spot on and we received great care. Highly recommended.
I recently went in to get immunizations for my child to be caught up for school.i was told my insurance did not cover the shots and I would have to pay 900 after paying my copay,I left. I called my insurance later and they said it's preventive care and fully covered. I also repeatedly asked for my daughter's blood test allergy results,they gave me her shot records I asked again,they gave me her allergy skin test results. I felt like if they can't even figure out which results to print out they can't even figure out my insurance stuff. I am also Hispanic but my preferred language is English and I am offended that dr.pilar feels the need to always address me in Spanish right after I tell him my children do not speak Spanish and I address him English.
The only reason they got the one star is because I had to pick a star just to write. This office should honestly be shut down, Dr. DelPilar does not listen to a word you say no one knows your body but you and if your not listening to what I’m telling you then how can you help me??? They finally got a new Dr, Dr McClain and my appointment I had with her last week was just the same after going back and forth to the ER 4 times in a week why would you run the same test that they did??? If those are coming back ok then we need to take a deeper look. She prescribed me two medications before she even listened to me, so I really went home feeling how I did when I got there. I have an appointment Tuesday the 12th and this will be my last time at this clinic, I think they are more concerened with getting as many patients as possible for financial reasons and not really worried about what is going on personally with them. Anyone who goes here I feel really bad for them especially if your really concerned about your own health. God Bless!
It's about the almighty $$$ for Arnie. If you like long waits and scare tactics to manipulate you into lots of tests, being over medicated, paying for procedures you didn't receive and required to return to his hell for constant follow up visits then Del Pilar is the doctor for you.
Horrible place! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have been having medical problems so I've been going to the er and urgent care just so I didn't have to come here! Had an appointment today and I didn't even see the dr! They took my blood pressure and the girl said it was low but they weren't concerned. Then the woman I seen didn't even check me out she just wrote stuff down and prescribed me more medications!!!! How do you not even check someone out. Didn't listen to my heart nothing!!!! Didn't get any answers. Will be looking for a new dr asap. If you go here, don't!!! Your better off going to the er or getting a new dr.
