I had a wonderful experience at Andrews Jewelers in the University Park Mall. The store Manager Jeremy, gave us great customer service and provided us with information about the various types of diamond which is important for a customer to know before the purchase. He was very kind and understood what we were looking for, unlike some that just try to sell you something. I would go back for my repairs and purchases. Great experience overall.
Andrews Jewelers! I can see why Jeremy D. is the manager. He was an awesome salesman. Very polite, not pushy and good at showing all the options. He didn't act stressed out because we wanted to see everything! I didn't need it and had no intentions of buying it but his awesome attitude made the sale. It's beautiful and I love it, I know my husband will too. Thanks soo much!

I sent my granddaughter and her fiancé there to purchase their engagement/wedding rings. He had to call twice to ask for a billing statement!! Can you possibly get any more unprofessional?
Purchased my husbands wedding band there...he took it in to resized and they sent back A TOTALLY DIFFERENT RING!!!! Said they would rush his order...purchased ring July 21, 2017 still no ring and waiting to hear back from manager. I am raking my receipt in today and asking for a total refund.
