What a PAIN IN THE Azz it has been having my wedding ring inspected twice a year to keep a warranty on it! NO reason at all you should have to drive there twice a year for a inspection. Did it for 6 years and not going back ever. You lost a customer and I really didn't like the shotty mall ratt you had working behind the counter the last couple times in there! Give all jewelry purchase considerations 24 hours before making a final selection. They will start out with a very nice person who is very helpful, then step out and bring a bulldog closer in. It's rough. I've seen grown men brought to tears close to buying a ring they didn't really care for.
