I'm a sucker for their fries. So here I sit in the line. 10:30 on a Sat. night. Been in this line about 20 mins now. SERVICE SUCKS HERE!!!! AND yes most of the employees can't speak the Kings English correctly. This place could be so much better.
Wanted to try this place for the first time. Waited in line forever just to get up to the speaker. Told the guy my very easy order 3 times just to get to the window to find out he did it wrong, also had my order sitting at the window for 5 minutes before they realized the 2 items were mine. Didn't even bother fixing it, just wanted to leave. Food was also cold by the time they gave it to me.
I wish I could give no stars! Rude people. Bad service. Very slow. No pleasant greeting. Slamming window as you're talking. I still was nice and kept my calm but when I asked for ketchup, I was told they were out! As I suggested other condiments before listing them off, I was immediately told theyre 52 cent. I asked if I could just get it for the inconvience. I was told no because it'll mess up the drawl count. (Understandable) I just requested a refund all together. Had the door slammed in my face just to get brought back some ketchup in a little cup smh
I love this place because of lots of good food for very low prices.
Very nasty place on Oct 3rd around 12:50 noon I order 2 of the 4 counts of mozzarella sticks. 1 container had 5 in it and was warm and the other container had 3. 2 of them were ice cold as if they took them out of the freezer and just put them in the box, the other one was dried out from sitting for a long time. I am a very upset customer, and if I could rate without adding a star I definitely would.
