At first I was upset because they wouldn't change my battery because it is inside my vehicle but after I changed it and it wasn't working the employee changed it with another new one and was very helpful. I also had to remind the worker of the mail in rebate but once I did he helped me fill out the card and made sure I was taken care of well.
They changed my car battery in few minutes.
This was from awhile ago, but I found a very unusual music box. I knew it ran by a battery, but didn't have any idea on where it was, or even how to access it. I bought it in. I do wish I could remember the guys name who helped me. He was very patient, and figured out how to open this gem I found, and inserted the battery for me. Thanks to him, I was able to sell it on Ebay for a very hefty profit!!!
Knowledge crew, but very unhappy people. I work retail and deal with people all day and the past 2 times I've been in here Patrick has greeted me and every guest with a big breath and a frown. The managers even seem unhappy. I walked in for a laptop charger, they didn't have it so they ordered me one from California. Got it in 5 days, it was the wrong one. When I went to return it the manager just shook his head and barely acknowledged me. I will never be back to this business.
I asked for a battery replacement that had gone through the washer. The gentleman tested it & said it was fine. I put it in the phone & it works perfectly. They did not get a sale but earned a customer & all my friends business. As for the phone company they said my only option was a new phone, which I purchased, but they have lost my business. ThNk you Batteries + Bulbs for service beyond making a buck. May your business flourish.
