It took a while in the store but they were very thorough with trying to get my issue resolved. I've been to many stores but this one definitely has one of the more knowledgeable and competent reps that there are in the area. They take the time to help you and know their promotions very well. They were able to get me a significant amount of money back with setting up! I would recommend if you are considering switching to sprint to set up with this store they will take great care of you!
I've been working with Sprint for the past 5 1/2 months and I love it. I enjoy meeting and communicating with different people each day. The job teaches me two of the most important things in the world and that's how to listen and sell. It can be challenging at times, but I wouldn't be happy working somewhere else that's easy.
I do feel the need to say that another employee, Darric, is phenomenal at his job and truly went above and beyond to help me on my last visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave great at customer service and stayed later than he had to, just to make sure he fixed my problem. He should be the manager of this store, NOT Antonio!
This is by far the single most helpful store that I've been in. I started my account about 5 months ago and they seem to be the most knowledgeable group of individuals that I've had the pleasure of working with. They helped me set up a couple lines on my account and gave me $500 deposited into my credit union account. At first I thought it was too good to be true but after I received my credit I was ecstatic. If you want great service you definitely want to visit the Mishawaka Store on Edison Road!
Blair Bell is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer service needs are met beyond expectation. I have gone to other stores in the area & left those stores to come to this location so that Blair can assist me with my wireless needs. He is knowledgeable of equipment and accessories & is definitely an asset to the Sprint Family.
This is the 3rd time that I've been to this store and EVERY time I've seen Antonio he's given horrible customer service. Today he walked around the store aimlessly, verbally condescending his co-workers within ear shot of customers waiting in line. And much to our frustration he ignored all of us rather than actually working or attempting to help anyone. Then, when someone came in that he apparently knew, he waited on them immediately, while the rest of us that had already been there were forced to wait even longer. After that happened, 2 men came in and abruptly stormed out of the store after seeing how long the wait was. Antonio had one of the other workers chase after these customers and once they came back in the store they were waited on immediately, again forcing those of us that were there first, to be pushed further back in the line. When a customer mentioned this to Antonio he simply said "Ya, I know" and walked away!!
